Mr Eve, aged 60, was formerly Chief Executive of AON Risk Services, the UK's largest retail insurance broker employing some 3000 people, leaving at the end of last year. Whilst at AON he and his team built AON Managed Services Division into one of the largest outsourced claims services providers in the industry.

He has been in the insurance and financial services industry for 25 years, following an earlier career in marketing and consulting, and since leaving AON has been working with a number of companies as a consultant and is a founding shareholder of Torus Holdings, the Human Capital Management Group.
